Aaah, I'm finished editing for the year and now its all about designing albums and delivering products. I even took a break today to watch the SEC Championship game. Now its time to post more of the striking weddings that I've shot this year before Christmas.
You'll probably remember Manasseh and Veronica from their
Engagement Session on Laguna Beach late last year. For their wedding I got to travel back to the West Coast this August and shoot at the
Richard M. Nixon Library and Birthplace. Yvonne and I arrived early to look for good lighting scenarios but we ended up being herded into a tour of the library itself. Lots of history there!
The wedding went off without a hitch. Manasseh is one of the most comfortable men I have ever photographed in front of the camera. Veronica is more low key but when she smiles her dimples surely take over the spotlight. They had a supporting cast of 10 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen to celebrate with and celebrate they did.
Here's more pics than I usually post for you to enjoy!
For beginning photographers: My goal with photographing so many different skin tones in different lighting situations? Preserve true skin tones as much as possible while still paying special attention to the emotion of the day.
