Leave it up to me to find a yoga studio somewhere on the island of Roatan during my mission trip. This studio was a quaint little space located in the West End. They even had an eco garden and smoothie bar.
I try to practice yoga at least twice a week and over the past year I have ventured into hot yoga (Bikram, Pranakriya, and Vinyasa). Its totally increased my flexibility and lowered my stress level/anxiety.
