This week I took time with our Summer intern, Sakeenah, to take her on a location research trip. Our goal was to prepare for a shoot this Saturday. She got a behind the scenes look at how I find great light and how I interact with professionals in the industry. Sakeenah has been instrumental in the preparation for our upcoming fine art shows, my book release, editing, and design. What I appreciate most about Sakeenah is her ability to listen (to my ramblings) and that she is not too prideful to get her hands dirty.
